Erin Watson-Lynn is Director of Diplomacy at Asialink, which is based at the University of Melbourne. She was recently appointed as Chair of the Advisory Board of the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education. Erin is also the co-founder of DICE (Digital, Innovative, Creative, and Entrepreneurial) Kids, whose patron is Lucy Turnbull AO.
In 2015, Erin won the Australian Federal Government’s Policy Hack and was an Australian delegate to the G20 Youth Summit in Turkey. In 2016, Erin was an Australian delegate to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance in China. Erin has published academically and with the Lowy Institute of International Policy, the Interpreter, Australian Policy Online, Women’s Agenda and Startup Smart. She has appeared on ABC’s Q&A and Radio National, and KIIS FM. Erin was featured by Smart Company as one of nine female entrepreneurs to watch in 2016 and by StartCon as one of five female-led startups to watch in 2016. Erin was a 2016 finalist in the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards not-for-profit category.
