Philomena Leung

Philomena Leung is a highly driven accounting academic with a strong vision for change. Having an international outlook and background, Philomena has pioneered changes that include accounting education, ethics, audit and governance, managing changes as head of an academic discipline, and in international education. More recently, she instigated the development of the cyber security hub at Macquarie University with other academics and was instrumental in the new multidisciplinary Macquarie Optus Cyber Security Hub. As the Associate Dean for International and Corporate Engagement, Philomena has contributed to significant growth in student enrolment, new programme initiatives, and new international partnership arrangements.
