Jaymes Boland-Rudder

Jaymes has had extensive experience at the highest levels of Government having served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the NSW Premier and Chief of Staff to the NSW Minister for Roads and Ports. During this time he helped with the transition of governments and worked on major projects such as the Port Botany and Port Kembla transaction, WestConnex, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the National Education Reform Agreement (Gonski Agreement).
Jaymes has worked at the NRL since May 2014 and in that time has helped secure a $2 billion investment in Sydney’s stadia network and $250 million for a new Townsville Stadium. Jaymes also works closely with State and Federal governments, local rugby league clubs and the non-government sector in overseeing the delivery of the NRL’s community programs – Voice Against Violence, School to Work, State of Mind, and In League In Harmony. He believes sport is uniquely placed to inspire positive social change and foster healthier, inclusive and respectful communities.
