Preeti is a seasoned communications strategist with over 15 years of unparalleled experience across diverse industries both in India and Australia.

She now heads up corporate and marketing communications – earned, owned and paid – at Community Housing Ltd, Australia’s largest not for profit affordable housing provider to those disadvantaged. www.chl.org.au

Her experience ranges from corporate reputation, strategic communications to crisis and issues management. She is on the board of PRIA Victoria and is the Chair of the steering committee responsible for the accreditation of PR courses at the prestigious RMIT University.

Preeti is the immediate past Vice President of the Australia India Business Council Victoria and is an elected member of the present committee for the next two years. Working closely with businesses and governments from both the nation she has been actively involved in furthering the bilateral and trade relationship between India and Australia.

Passionate about social justice, her community work has been wide-ranging from promoting diversity and inclusion to anti-bullying and domestic violence to youth mentorship. She is an Ambassador for premier Australian organisations including the AFL, Cricket Australia and Bully Zero Foundation to name a few. She was honoured with the 2018 Pride of Australia and Victorian Multicultural Commission’s Emerging Leadership Award 2018 for her community leadership.

Highly qualified, Preeti has a Bachelor and Master of Arts, majoring in English Literature from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University and various qualifications in Business Management and Digital Marketing from reputable educational institutions in Melbourne, Australia.
