Nikhil Gujadhur

Nikhil Gujadhur is a Service Manager and based in regional Western Australia, with a strong focus on operational excellence, people leadership, and cross cultural collaboration. He leads service operations across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions, working in some of Australia’s most complex and high demand industrial environments.

His multidisciplinary career spans service management, engineering, analytics, product support, and customer facing roles across sectors including heavy equipment, education, health, retail, and hospitality. This diverse experience allows Nik to bring a practical, systems thinking approach to leadership and problem solving.

Nik is passionate about strengthening Australia–India relations through leadership, technology, and skills development. He is closely aligned with the mission of the Australian Indian Youth Dialogue and believes young leaders play a critical role in fostering sustainable, inclusive collaboration between the two nations.

Nik is particularly motivated by developing people, building inclusive and high performing teams, and translating complex operational challenges into practical, value driven outcomes that deliver long term impact.
