The Emerging Leaders Retreat 2022 is an invite-only event that will bring together 20 star alumni from the last 9 years from various fields to deliberate on the role of emerging leaders in shaping the bilateral. The event will include virtual briefings by senior bilateral experts / leaders in the two weeks leading up to the in-person event. The in-person event is scheduled over two days i.e., 3 June and 4 June in Melbourne.

The Inaugural Emerging Leaders Retreat marks 10 years of AIYD. The Australia India Youth Dialogue will host our 10th dialogue between 31 May and 3 June 2022 in Sydney and Melbourne. To mark this special event, we are inviting 20+ star alumni from the last 9 years to be part of the Inaugural Emerging Leaders Retreat 2022.

The Retreat is curated by Ruchir Punjabi, Shaun Star and Karan Anand, the three former Chairs of the AIYD.
