She has spoken at the NSW Parliament House, the Whitlam Institute and for the United Nations Association of Australia.
Tahmara is currently completing a Bachelor of Law and Psychology in Sydney. She is a third-generation Australian, born in Melbourne but spent her childhood in India and Singapore. Tahmara's multicultural upbringing has shaped her perspective on fostering meaningful cultural exchanges among young girls, helping them discover their identity and voice. She graduated from high school as the recipient of the prestigious Dorothy Knox All Rounder award and served as an Executive prefect. She is a drama and filmmaking teacher and an avid performer herself.
Tahmara is passionate about building bridges across communities, and she sees young people as key to shaping a more inclusive and connected future.
