VIGNESH SEETHARAMAN

Vignesh is a management professional with a successful track record of developing high-performance businesses & teams with over eleven years’ involvement in strategic roles with multinational organizations like Mondelēz & Marico. He currently Heads Human Resources for Mondelēz’s Business Transformation efforts in the AMEA region.

His fields of competence include Human Resources Development, Organization Design, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Early Careers.

He regularly features as an expert as part of numerous panel discussions & development programs organized by various government agencies, industry forums and universities.

Vignesh has been recognized for his professional leadership with honors like Economic Times Young Leader, BusinessWorld 40 under 40, Economic Times League of Emerging Leaders, AON People Matters Future HR Leader and Young Leader by Manipal Group. 

With his passion for making farming mainstream for future generations & bridging the urban-rural divide in access to education and vocational skills, he serves as a mentor to organizations specializing in agri-education and academic institutions, striving to impact these objectives.

He actively pursues and cultivates his interest in the areas of Carnatic music, international relations, sports & culture. 

Vignesh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and B.Tech in Biotechnology from SASTRA University.
