Laetitia Warjri

Laetitia Warjri is Director of Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement at the UAE–India CEPA Council, where she works with governments, investors, and founders to translate the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) framework into practical, on-the-ground outcomes. Her work focuses on the intersection of policy, partnerships, building alignments, and cross-border economic engagement with a mandate to strengthening India–UAE trade and innovation corridors.

With a proven track record in designing platforms that bring together public and private stakeholders—particularly in the areas of start-ups, emerging technologies, and new trade pathways, she played a key role in shaping the UAE–India Start-up Series, a bilateral initiative connecting Indian founders with the UAE’s innovation ecosystem.

Her work there included supporting global convenings such as the Raisina Dialogue and the Budapest Dialogue.

Her approach is pragmatic and outcome-oriented, with an emphasis on clarity, trust, and execution.

She is particularly interested in how bilateral frameworks can be translated into meaningful opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, and governments in a rapidly transforming global economy and polity.
