Ruchira Chaturvedi

Ruchira Chaturvedi serves as the National Secretary, in-charge of Communication, Media and Publicity for the Indian National Congress, where she drives communications strategy, campaign planning and public outreach.A communications strategist with deep expertise in digital campaigns, she has designed and executed high-impact election and social campaigns, and has worked with the party in multiple roles over the years.

Ruchira is also a co-author of “Bharat Jodo Yatra: Reclaiming India’s Soul,” published by Harper Collins, chronicling the 4000 km long, nation-wide footmarch & outreach movement in India, led by the Leader of Opposition Shri Rahul Gandhi.She has represented India as a Fellow of the American Council for Young Political Leaders, is a Konrad Adenauer Young Politicians Fellow and a Legislative Assistants to Members of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow.Her work is driven by a deep interest in the intersection of technology and governance, as well as gender equality, social justice, climate action, and urban infrastructure.
