Pramod Rao Haridas

Pramod Rao H is among the youngest leaders in India’s aviation industry, currently serving as Head of Terminals at Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL). He oversees customer experience and terminal operations at India’s third busiest airport, which manages over three million passengers monthly. With extensive experience across industry and consulting, he brings a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise. Pramod has delivered a $2 billion capital program that expanded capacity sustainably and elevated passenger experience, strengthened organizational resilience through strategy refreshes, and conceived and led the pioneering BIAL–Virgin Hyperloop One collaboration.

He has guided various crisis management efforts (including during the 2020 pandemic) to ensure organizational resilience and a safe and seamless operation. More recently, he has been leading digital transformation initiatives that can redefine how a major transportation hub operates— blending human and artificial intelligence to deliver safer, more efficient, and more convenient journeys. His leadership consistently delivers people‑centric outcomes—making infrastructure growth inclusive, future-ready, and designed to transform everyday travel into memorable experiences. 

An alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Pramod is passionate about mobility and people, focusing on shaping airports into technologically advanced, sustainable hubs that reflect inclusive progress. Under his leadership, BIAL has advanced initiatives in accessibility, diversity, technology, and memorable passenger experiences. At AIYD 2026, Pramod brings his perspective on mobility, infrastructure leadership, technology adoption, collaboration across stakeholders, and the role of empathy and innovation in redefining aviation for the next generation.
