Paridhi Gupta

As the Vice President at E&Y, Paridhi works alongside India’s most prominent pharma and health industries to devise and implement transformative strategies and helping them navigate complex systems. Previously she served as the Vice President for Medical Devices at the Government of Telangana, where she led the development of India’s largest medical devices industrial park and has since played a key role in strengthening India’s life sciences and healthcare ecosystem.

Paridhi was also leading Life Sciences and Sustainability sectors for the Hyderabad Cluster of the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor, Government of India linking startups, industry and research institutions to translate innovation into market-ready solutions.

Paridhi has also led BioAsia, Asia’s biggest annual life sciences and healthtech convention convening leaders from over 50 countries. Paridhi has represented India at prestigious international platforms, including the World Economic Forum and was the Lead for the World Economic Forum’s world’s first Center for Fourth Industrial Revolution in life sciences.

Paridhi is an Engineering Graduate in Biotechnology (Honours) and a Chevening CRISP Fellow of the University of Oxford (UK). She was also selected for the International Visitor Leadership Program of the U.S. Department of State.
