Hailing from 3 generations of sports, Suhail carries over a decade of experience in the world of sports and sports media, both in India and overseas. A career as a professional Cricketer, cut short by multiple surgeries, has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to finding, building and strengthening stories & ecosystems in sport.

As one of India’s leading faces and voices of Sports Broadcast, Chandhok has brought some incredible sporting moments to life for audiences across Cricket World Cups, the IPL, Tennis Grand Slams, the Olympic Games, Pro Kabaddi, Hockey, Badminton, Golf, Motorsport & more.

Beyond the microphone, his entrepreneurial journey is focused on building sport from within. As CEO of U Mumba and Co-founder of Elev8 India Sportz, Suhail’s focus has been on creating platforms that develop athletes, strengthen leagues and franchises, and expand opportunities within sporting ecosystems. Much of his work is driven by the belief that sport has the power to change lives when the right structures are in place around talent!

Through broadcasting, franchise leadership, and grassroots development, Suhail continues to grow sport in ways that are sustainable, inclusive, and future-facing while hoping to inspire the next generation to see sport not just as a game, but as a pathway and an exciting career opportunity, where no two days are the same.

A recipient of the Oxford-Cambridge Half Blue from the University of Adelaide, Suhail has also been named in Business World’s 40Under40 list, is a FICCI Emerging Sports Entrepreneur awardee & a past recipient of the Australian Alumni Excellence Awards for Sports, Art & Culture, supported by the Australian Consulate & Trade Commission.
